About the Iron Horse Half Marathon, 12k & 5k
The Iron Horse races run through Midway in the fall, and the town has the kind of small-scale charm that makes a road race feel personal. The course is named for the iron horse tradition the area is known for, and the surroundings reflect that character throughout. Several distance options mean you can pick what fits your day.
Packet pickup happens at a local running shop across several days and locations in the days before the race, including a shake-out run the morning before. There is no race-morning pickup, so it is worth planning ahead. Packets can also be shipped if you are coming from out of town.
