About the Great Pumpkin Run for Bennett 5k

The race is held at Levy Park in Crowley and benefits a local family and the foundation working toward a treatment for the disease their son was diagnosed with. The cause is front and center here, and the morning has a lot going on beyond the run itself: food, a bake sale, kids' activities, an auction, and music spread through the park.

Packet pickup is at the park on race morning, so there is no separate trip the day before. The start area doubles as the festival grounds, which means the post-race scene is already in full swing by the time most runners finish.
