About the Goddess 50 shades of purple 5k
This race is a birthday celebration that happens to be a 5k, organized by someone who runs it as a personal event and opens it to anyone who wants to show up. The vibe comes from that origin: it is one person's passion for health and fitness turned into a morning out with whoever wants to join.
A brunch follows the race, which makes the post-run stretch feel like the point of the whole morning as much as the course itself does. If you are the kind of runner who lingers after the finish line, this one is built for that.
