About the F5 Half Marathon, 5K & 1 Mile

The runs take place on the trails and greenway at Hays Farm Park, a wooded corridor that offers shade for most of the route. The half marathon and the shorter distances all start from the middle of the greenway, and the course for the shorter run loops around a pond near the finish. The terrain is road and paved path, not technical trail.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at Swift Recovery, a recovery studio sharing a plaza with Fleet Feet in Jones Valley, with race-morning pickup available as well. Parking is at the Grissom lot near the Hays Farm Clubhouse. After the run, the festival stays open well into the morning with pop-up fitness classes, food trucks, and a long row of health and wellness vendors.
