About the Corps of Discovery Trail Races
The course runs through Missouri Headwaters State Park, where three rivers meet to form the Missouri. The terrain is trail, so expect natural surfaces underfoot rather than pavement. The park itself sits right at the confluence, and the landscape around you makes it clear why this spot mattered to Lewis and Clark.
Several distance options are available, making it easy to pick the effort that fits your day. The race is part of a larger Montana trail series, so the organization tends to be dialed in, and you may recognize faces from other events in that circuit.
