About the Anime 5k
The Anime 5K runs through Columbus with a costume-friendly atmosphere baked in from the start. Runners and walkers are encouraged to show up in anime-inspired gear, so expect the field to look more like a convention floor than a typical morning race. Proceeds go toward healthcare scholarships for local students.
Packet pickup is at Big Dog Fleet Feet, the same address where the race starts, the evening before and again race morning. Having the store right at the start line makes for a straightforward morning, with no extra stop before you line up.
