About the Terrebonne General Health System HeroFest 5K 2026
This is a 5K centered on honoring local first responders, held in Houma. The course draws people who want to show up for the community as much as run a race. Alongside the run, nonprofits and vendors set up to raise awareness for their own causes, so there is activity beyond the finish line.
