About the Team Mary: 5k Run/Walk for Autism
The course starts near the Gem Beach park area, winds through the surrounding neighborhood, and finishes back at the lakefront on Lake Erie. The terrain is a neighborhood loop, which keeps things simple and spectator-friendly. The race raises money for kids with autism and similar challenges through a local summer camp program.
Packet pickup and post-race festivities happen at the Gem Beach park area. The finish line sits right on Lake Erie, and refreshments and an awards ceremony follow the race there.
