About the Tactical 10K & 2 Mile

The course runs along Ocean Drive at South Beach Park, right on the oceanfront in Vero Beach. It is flat the whole way, with open coastal scenery that makes the miles feel shorter. The race supports the Vero Beach Police Department Foundation, so the crowd tends to include a lot of local law enforcement and their families.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at Runners Depot in Vero Beach, with a short window on race morning as well. After the awards, there is a raffle drawing, and tickets are sold on site that morning.
