The course runs down Main Street, finishing at South Church Street, so the route is the parade route itself. The crowd lining the street is there for the parade that follows, which means the kids are running in front of an audience before the floats ever roll. Bibs are optional, picked up at the Parks and Rec table near the start. Refreshments and ribbons are at the finish.
