About the Sundown Rundown - Fifth Street Cross Edition
This is a backyard-style elimination race with a twist: the cutoff gets faster each lap, so the pressure builds as the evening goes on. You can voluntarily sit out a lap to protect your position, but once you do, you are done for good. The laps are short enough that the race is less about endurance and more about reading the clock and your competition.
There is a grill running and a covered area where athletes can set up change stations between laps. Parking splits into two options: inside the compost center if you plan to stay for the full event, or the gravel lots outside if you need to leave early.
