About the Stand Up, Speak Out Labor Day 5K
The course starts on Main Street and heads out through a couple of neighborhoods before a slight climb toward the turnaround near a middle school sign, then returns the same way. It is road running throughout, mostly flat with one gentle rise near the halfway point. The race is organized by a local nonprofit focused on preventing abuse and supporting survivors in the community.
