About the St Practice Day 5K Free Fun Run
This one is a costume run, untimed and free, rolling out from Lawton Park on the Fort Wayne Trails network behind a bicycle lead. The route is marked, the pace is yours, and people show up in kilts, tutus, and whatever green they own. Trophies go to fast runners and fancy dressers alike.
The start is at Lawton Park, so parking and gathering happen there. No chip, no clock, no pressure. Post-run awards keep things loose, and the crowd tends to skew toward people who dressed up more than they trained.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2026 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The St Practice Day 5K Free Fun Run has been held every year since at least 2025. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Sep 10, 2026.
