About the St. Mark's Paw Print Sprint 5k
This is a Halloween-themed road race starting from St. Mark's Cathedral School in Shreveport. Costumes are encouraged, and the atmosphere leans toward families and kids alongside runners chasing the course. Strollers and wagons are welcome at a walk, though skates and dogs are not permitted on the course.
Packet pickup runs across several days before the race, including evenings at the Cathedral Ministry Center and daytime hours at a local running shop. After the race, the finish area turns into a Trunk-or-Treat with food trucks, inflatables, and music, so there is reason to hang around.
