About the South Metro SWAT 5K and Fun Run

The course runs through Legacy Park, a road route that sits flat the whole way through. It is organized by local law enforcement and emergency response teams, and proceeds go toward equipment and training for the South Metro SWAT Team. Both a timed race and a shorter untimed option are available, so people show up with different goals.

Packet pickup is the evening before at OK Runner, a local running store in Norman. The race starts the following morning at the park.
