About the Sole to City Half Marathon, 2-Mile, & Kids Run
The half marathon winds through Mill Creek Park before dropping into downtown Youngstown at the finish. The two-mile option stays in the city, running out and back through the streets there. The courses connect a park setting with an urban finish, so the surroundings shift noticeably as you go.
After the race, a celebration village sets up at a local brewery near the finish. It is the kind of post-race situation where most people stick around.
