About the Sock Out Cancer 5K and Fun Run

This is a charity race that raises money for pediatric cancer patients through a local St. Jude affiliate clinic. The evening start means you are running as the day cools, and the post-race program includes an awards ceremony followed by a worship concert. Participants are encouraged to wear their wildest socks.

Packet pickup runs over two days before the race at a local running store on Ellerbe Road, next to the Silver Star Grill. Race-morning pickup is available at the start site for those who cannot make the earlier windows.
