About the Smallfoot Mountain Weekend
This is a free trail race for kids, held on wooded central PA trails outside Lock Haven. The run is short enough for young children, and parents can pace kids who need company on the course. A mountain bike event follows the next day on the same mountain, and kids who finish both earn a special title for the season.
The trail race is also part of a three-race youth series that runs through the warmer months. Kids must pre-register and finish all races in the series to earn a series award. There is no extra registration step for the series itself, just register for each race individually and complete them all.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Smallfoot Mountain Weekend has been held every year since at least 2019. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
