About the Shine a Light - 5K For Epic-Cure

The course runs through Anastasia State Park and into a quiet residential neighborhood, with tree canopy covering much of the road and keeping things shaded even on a warm morning. There are real turns and hills through the park section, and the final stretch comes back along Old Beach Road to the church where everything begins and ends.

Packet pickup happens the evening before at the church, with a second window on race morning before the start. Parking is plentiful on site, and the church opens its doors so runners can use the restrooms. There is a small spread of coffee and baked goods available to purchase near the finish.
