About the Shamrock Run 5K/10K

The Shamrock Run starts and finishes at Warrensburg High School, on the south side near the agriculture building. The two distances set off together, then the longer route branches onto an out-and-back extension after completing the shorter loop. The course stays on and around the high school grounds, keeping things straightforward to navigate.

The start line is marked by a blue archway, so it is easy to find your way. After the race, there is a best-dressed contest where runners and spectators vote on St. Patrick's Day costumes, so plenty of people show up in green.
