About the Serenata Shuffle

The course runs along Boise's Greenbelt, with Veterans Memorial Park serving as the hub for both the start and the finish. What makes it unusual is the live music: Serenata Orchestra musicians perform at spots along the route, so the soundtrack changes as you move through it. There is also a Maestro character on the course that runners can chase for raffle prizes.

Packet pickup happens at Fleet Feet locations in the area on the couple of evenings before race day. The race itself is a fundraiser for Serenata Orchestra, a nonprofit community orchestra that puts on free concerts throughout the year.
