About the 2026 Seattle Ghost Marathon, Half & 50K

The course follows Lake Washington on streets and sidewalks, heading south first through Seward Park before turning back north past Leschi toward a turnaround near Madrona Drive. It is certified for Boston qualification, and the terrain earns that: flat pavement along the water the whole way, with the park loop adding a little shape to an otherwise straight out-and-back feel.

Packet pickup is on race morning at the boat launch start area on Lake Washington Boulevard. Dogs and strollers are not allowed on the course, which is worth knowing if you were planning to bring either.
