About the School Nurse Fun Run
The race takes place at Kollen Park in the evening, so the light is softer and the air cooler than a morning race. There are two route options, one a full run and one a shorter walk-run, and the course is open to any pace. The event raises money for Holland Hospital's School Nurse Program, which works with students across the area.
Packet pickup and walk-in registration open in the hour before the start, so you do not need to sort everything out in advance. The timing is weeknight-after-school, which means plenty of kids and families in the crowd alongside adult runners.
