Elk Grove Village, IL
The race runs in the Schaumburg area over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, with both a half marathon and a shorter option on the same course. The organizer does not say much about the terrain, but the suburban setting suggests flat roads and paths. There are donuts at the finish, which is a reasonable way to end a holiday morning run.
