About the Santa Shuffle 5k & 1 Mile
The course follows the Cape Fear River Trail, a paved path out and back, with turnaround points marked for each distance option. It is untimed and unscored, so the pace is entirely yours. Strollers are welcome, and so are dogs, dressed up or not. The whole thing leans toward costumed chaos over clock-watching.
Packet pickup runs on the two evenings before the race at Fleet Feet in Fayetteville, with a race-morning window near the start for anyone who needs it last minute.
