About the Santa Catch 5k & 10k

The course follows Windsor Lake and the Canal Trail, so you get water views for most of the run. The terrain is mixed, which means paved stretches alongside softer trail sections. It is a holiday-themed morning, with Santa making an appearance and a hot cocoa bar at the finish, both the regular and the spiked kind.

After you finish, there is a wood-burning sauna on site and a cold plunge if you want to go that route. The race benefits a local nonprofit that supports families in need during the holiday season, so the entry fee is doing some work beyond the race itself.
