About the Saints Sprint & Stroll - 5k, 1 mile, and Kids Dash

The course heads west along Lake Avenue, turns through the Clifton Park neighborhood, and loops back to finish in the school driveway where it started. The streets are tree-lined and the surrounding area is residential, so the run feels like a tour of the neighborhood rather than a track workout. No dogs on the course.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at Second Sole on Detroit Avenue, with race-morning pickup also available. Post-race, there are refreshments and awards for top finishers across the distance categories.
