About the Saca El Ritmo 5K & Cafetón
The route runs through American Park and the streets of downtown Elkhart, with a live DJ moving alongside the field the whole way. The music is Latin house, and it does not stop at the finish. The course returns to Central Park, where a second DJ takes over for Cafetón, an open-air morning party with dancing and a Pilates session in a nearby area.
After the run, coffee and açaí are available at the park. There is also a kids zone, so bringing the family makes sense. Packet pickup details and parking info go out to registered participants in the days before the event.
