About the Run With The Senses
The race starts and finishes at Montgomery Whitewater, which gives the course an active, outdoors feel. It benefits the Montgomery Public Schools Special Education Department, and there is also a school supply donation drop on race day for anyone who wants to bring something. Walkers are welcome on the shorter distance but not on the longer one.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the same venue. The awards ceremony begins promptly at the close of the race window, so plan to stick around if you are in contention for an overall or age group placement.
