About the 16th Annual Run Wild for Autism 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run & Walk
The course runs through Druid Hill Park, with the Maryland Zoo as the backdrop for the start area. The park gives you trees, open paths, and enough gentle rolling terrain to make it feel like a proper run without anything too demanding. The race benefits Pathfinders for Autism, so the crowd tends to include a lot of families connected to that cause.
