About the Run the Vineyards - Bohemia Manor Farm 5K & 8K

Both courses wind through the vineyard rows and along the Bohemia River waterfront, with wooded trail sections tucked in between. The longer distance goes deeper into the woods on a narrower, more technical single-track stretch. Underfoot it is mostly cross-country turf with some pavement mixed in. The surroundings are a working farm property with river views throughout.

Packet pickup runs race morning at the check-in tents, and it is worth arriving early because the parking area is a solid walk from the starting line, which sits along the river near a beach bar. After finishing, there is an after-party on the waterfront with a live musician, a food truck, and wine available. A complimentary glass of wine is on hand for finishers of legal drinking age.
