About the Run the Resort 5K

The course winds through resort grounds where manicured fairways, small lakes, formal gardens, and old architecture pass by in turns. It is a loop through a working resort, so the scenery keeps changing as you go. The terrain is flat with no real climbing. The surroundings feel more like a morning stroll through somewhere beautiful than a stripped-down road race.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at the clubhouse, with race-morning pickup available near the start line. Post-race, there are breakfast sandwiches and beverages. An awards ceremony follows for overall and age group finishers. The resort also offers spa, golf, dining, and overnight packages if you want to stretch the trip into a full weekend.
