About the Run Santa Run

Run Santa Run threads through downtown New Milford, past the small shops and restaurants the race is partly meant to draw attention to. The course stays in the heart of town, so there is storefront scenery rather than trails or parks.

Kids can enter a separate fun run where they race Santa himself, and the entry asks for a toy donation in place of a fee. The race also raises money for local nonprofits, so the post-race crowd tends to stick around downtown rather than head straight to the parking lot.
