About the Run Like The Wind 5K

The course runs along the base of the Shawangunk Mountains and picks up a stretch of the Rail Trail, a resurfaced path that is shaded and smooth. The terrain is mixed, so expect some variety underfoot before you loop back to where you started.

Aroma Thyme Bistro serves as the hub for the morning, with the post-race gathering spilling into the garden there. Local craft beer, wine, and food are part of the wrap-up, and proceeds go to local food pantries and youth scholarships.
