About the 12th Annual Run for the Ring

The course loops the CU Anschutz Medical Campus, so you are running through the heart of a working medical complex. The terrain is paved and the route stays close to campus grounds. The race has a strong charitable thread, tied to type one diabetes research and patient support, and that gives the morning a particular sense of purpose that you feel in the crowd around you.

Breakfast bites are available after the race, and an awards ceremony follows. There is also a kids area with bounce houses and outdoor activities before a separate fun run for younger children. Paid parking is available on site. Packet pickup runs the week before the event, with the specific location and timing to be confirmed closer to race day.
