The course runs out of the Baseline Road Trailhead, a natural-surface trail area where the ground is uneven enough that strollers are workable but not comfortable. The race benefits animal shelters, and leashed dogs are welcome on the course alongside their people. Packet pickup happens on race morning, starting well before the gun.
