About the Landbridge Trail 5k

The course follows the Florida Trail up to the top of a land bridge that sits at the heart of a long cross-state greenway, reached via color-blazed trails. It is a loop, so you return to where you started. The land bridge itself is a landmark worth pausing at, and the organizers seem to expect people will stop for a photo. Underfoot it is natural trail surface through Florida backcountry.

Packet pickup is race morning only, at the trailhead parking lot, which also serves as the start and finish area. After the race there is a post-race breakfast and social at the finish, with trail talk apparently encouraged to run long.
