About the Run For Holland 5K
The Run For Holland exists to build awareness around Down syndrome and other disabilities, with a particular focus on families navigating a diagnosis they did not expect. The message at the heart of it is one of perspective: that a different path can be a fuller one. Both a shorter and a longer distance option are offered, so people come out at their own pace.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Sep 22, 2026.
