About the Royal Run for Hope
The Royal Run for Hope raises money for children in El Paso fighting cancer, and all proceeds stay local. The race starts outside a car dealership on Montana Avenue, which gives the start area an open, parking-lot feel. There is a short option alongside the main distance, so families with younger kids have something to run too.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
