About the Rotary Santa Run 5K & 1 mile Family Fun Walk & Elf kids run

The course heads west from a scout center on the east side of Evansville, then winds through residential neighborhoods before looping back. The route is mostly flat, with a separate shorter walk option that crosses a pedestrian bridge. Along the way, expect carolers, a local percussion group, and mounted police cheering from the sidewalks.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at the scout center, with race-morning pickup available as well. Parking is not at the start venue itself, so arrive with a plan. After the race, Donut Bank donut balls, fruit, hot chocolate, and coffee are out near the finish while awards are presented.
