About the RGVLE Fiesta 5k
The race runs through Edinburg Municipal Park, a local green space that keeps the course accessible and shaded in spots. It is a charity event, with proceeds going to support families in the Rio Grande Valley, so the crowd tends to include people there for the cause as much as for the clock.
Packet pickup details are still being worked out by the organizers, so it is worth checking back closer to race day. The course is chip timed, so your result is official however the morning unfolds for you.
