About the Ramsey's Farm Pumpkin Run - 15k/5k trail run
The race takes place on the grounds of a working farm, so the trail has that rough, uneven feel of land that actually gets used. The farm opens its fall season the same morning, so the surrounding fields are coming alive with pumpkin picking, a corn maze, and hay rides while runners are still out on course.
Net proceeds from the event go to a handful of local charities. The farm setting means the start area has plenty of open space, and post-race there is a full fall festival happening around you.
