About the Pumpkin Spice Run
The course runs through Seward Park, a wooded peninsula in Seattle with paved paths and tall trees. Fall foliage is the backdrop, so depending on the season, you are running through a real canopy of color. Several distance options make it work for most fitness levels, and there is a kids' race alongside the main event.
At the finish there is a pumpkin patch to pick from, and a pumpkin spice latte waiting for you. A pumpkin festival runs alongside the race, with games and face painting, so it tends to draw families who stick around after they cross the line.

The Pumpkin Spice Run has been held every year since at least 2025. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
