About the Pumpkin Patch Dash 5K

This is an evening race through Oakland Park, run after dark with decorative lighting along the route. The course is a single loop through the park, relatively flat, with one water stop partway through. The nighttime setting gives it a different feel from a typical weekend morning race, and the pumpkin theme carries through the course decorations.

There is no parking at the park itself. Shuttle buses run from a nearby elementary school to the race site, with signs directing you from the road. Packet pickup happens at the race site in the hour or so before the start. Food trucks and a DJ are set up at the finish area.
