About the Orlando Halloween Pumpkin Glow Run 5K (Night)
This is a night run built around Halloween costume culture. The course runs after dark, and the crowd tends to show up dressed for it, with a contest for the most creative, spookiest, and funniest costumes. There is also an optional challenge where runners carry a pumpkin the entire way, same course, just with your arms full.
Packet pickup is at a local running store, with post-race awards and an after-party planned. If you want to go deeper into the event's optional fitness challenge, look for the pumpkin-carry signup when you register.
