About the Primrose of Cary's 2nd Annual Trick-or-Trot
This one is built around kids walking laps on a baseball field at Bond Park, dressed in Halloween costumes if they feel like it. The event benefits a children's hospital foundation, so the crowd skews toward families with young children rather than runners chasing a clock.
After the walk, there is face painting, coloring pages, and pizza on site, along with a character visit. It is an outdoor park event, so expect a casual, open-field atmosphere with plenty of space for little ones to roam between activities.
