About the PRA Miner Gold Rush
The course starts at the school's track, follows a canal path behind campus, winds through a residential neighborhood, circles a park, and returns along the canal to finish back at the track. It is a point-to-loop route that keeps things familiar by the time you turn for home. The terrain is mostly flat and paved, with the canal stretch offering a quiet break from the streets.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the school's commons area, with race-morning pickup available as well. After the main race wraps, a Fall Festival opens on the high school grass field with food trucks, carnival games, an obstacle course, and a gold-panning activity. Parking draws a large crowd, so arriving with extra time is worth it.
