About the 2nd Annual Power Of Sports 5K + Wellness Social
The race starts at a university campus in Boca Raton and benefits a nonprofit focused on mentoring student-athletes. Several local run clubs are participating together, so the starting area has a social energy to it. The course itself is a single loop around campus grounds.
Right after finishing, runners move into a wellness social on site. There are healthy food trucks, cold plunges, saunas, recovery stations, and wellness vendors. It reads more like a morning health festival with a race attached than a standalone road event.
