About the Pi Day Run
The course runs out of Woodward Park from the Mountain View Shelter, heading south toward the Audubon entrance before turning north along the trail. It is a straight out-and-back on a park trail, marked at each turnaround, with water available at those points. Several distance options mean different groups peel off at different spots along the same route.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at a local bike shop, with race-morning pickup opening an hour before the start at the shelter. STEM student clubs set up booths that runners can browse before or after their run, and there is fruit pie at the finish along with a costume contest.
