About the Phoenix Police Foundation Honor Run/Walk
The route runs through downtown Phoenix and is organized as a tribute to Phoenix Police Department officers killed in the line of duty. The course is short and urban, designed so families, leashed dogs, and runners of any pace can participate side by side. The Phoenix Police Foundation uses proceeds to fund equipment and wellness programs for active officers.
The start area is near City Hall, and paid public parking is available in the surrounding blocks, with metered spots typically running cheaper. Packet pickup happens at several locations in the days before the race, including a police department building downtown, with bib pickup available at check-in on race morning for those who miss the early windows.
